Please note, there is a small apartment on the second level occupied by a long-term tenant. It has a separate exterior entrance. The only shared space is the driveway in which the tenant has one parking space. There are five parking spaces in total. The home, the patio all outdoor amenities are solely for our vacation rental guest’s use.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
Last year when vacationing in Saint Augustine, Volkmar Dirksen became fascinated with the architecture and charm of the city as well as its historical significance. It was then that he decided to branch out into the acquisition and property management of short-term vacation rentals. Volkmar is the president and founder of two commercial real estate and property management companies, DWV Investments, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale established in 1985 and DWV Realty, LLC in Cornelius, North Carolina. He is a successful real estate investor, broker, developer, and builder. He is also the president and owner of US 1 Travel, Inc. established in 1988 and has many years of experience in travel and hospitality.
