Last year when vacationing in Saint Augustine, Volkmar Dirksen became fascinated with the architecture and charm of the city as well as its historical significance. It was then that he decided to branch out into the acquisition and property management of short-term vacation rentals. Volkmar is the president and founder of two commercial real estate and property management companies, DWV Investments, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale established in 1985 and DWV Realty, LLC in Cornelius, North Carolina. He is a successful real estate investor, broker, developer, and builder.
